Here, Soldiers can find free resources to start drafting their rebuttals/responses to their GOMOR, get answers to their questions about GOMORs, and other related topics.
I, Cody Harnish (the Owner and Lead Counsel) for Harnish Law, PLLC., will continually add resources and information on this site to help Soldier's in this process.
Remember, a GOMOR can and will most likely destroy a Soldier's military career. That is why it is important to fight. Do not just fall on your sword thinking the General will show you mercy, it will not happen. You need hard facts, legal arguments, and the law on your side.
